I want to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to everyone. I placed an order back on September 17, 2018, for a dress I desperately needed for my birthday in October. I never received the dress, no shipping updates, just the initial confirmation of payment. When I finally reached out, the answers were vague—it was "probably" being made. Weeks later, when I demanded a refund since the item never arrived, the cruelty started. My conclusion about this whole ordeal is simple: "How is it that we’re unable to rate zero stars?!" I felt compelled to reach out and dispute this charge after they told me "go ahead and do so" and hung up on my face. This entire experience, from owner to workers, was absolutely disgusting.
Customer: I am calling about order #421. I placed it in September, I never received the dress, and I was previously told by one of your staff that I was ineligible for a refund. This is completely unacceptable.
