I need to warn potential shoppers about the terrible online shopping experience I just endured. I had to leave this review because the level of frustration was unbelievable, especially after receiving a defective item. My initial conclusion, following the attempt to resolve the issue in person, says it all:
"Horrible customer service. Do not buy earrings from this store. They are broken and they won't give you your money back. The girl at the front says to me with an attitude they don't look broken to me. The latch on one earrings was bent in and was unable to open. I wonder if they put them back on the shelve and try and sell them again. Just plain disgusting!"
