I need to share my terrible experience to warn other shoppers and prevent them from wasting their time and money. When my daughter and I visited this boutique, we put in a custom order for a dress that the owner, Dachira, promised would be ready for her 16th birthday. When I came to pick up the item, the staff was RUDE and gave me the wrong dress—the same color we initially saw. It turned into a nightmare: they ignored my calls, missed the deadline, and then forced my daughter to pick a subpar dress in the store, demanding an extra $20! It was incredibly disappointing. The quality was cheap, and the whole situation ruined my daughter's night out. I was compelled to leave a review and contact customer service because of the sheer lack of compassion and professionalism displayed by the company, especially with prices like the ones they have for that cheap quality clothing.
Customer: I am calling about Order #456. The custom dress for my daughter’s 16th birthday was never completed. She was forced to pick an inferior, cheap-quality item in-store, and your staff even tried to charge us an extra $20!
