ホセ・アンドレス

ホセ・アンドレス（José Ramón Andrés Puerta：1969年7月13日生まれ）は、スペイン系アメリカ人のシェフ, レストラン経営者であり、自然災害の後に食事を提供することを目的とした非営利団体「ワールド・セントラル・キッチン（WCK）」の創設者でもある。
ワールド・セントラル・キッチンでの活動が評価され、2016年にホワイトハウスで行われた式典で、2015年ナショナル・ヒューマニティー・メダルを受賞した。
