エミリー・ジェンキンス（Emily Jenkins：1967年9月13日生まれ）は、E.ロックハート（E. Lockhart）というペンネームを使うこともあるアメリカの作家で、子供向けの絵本やヤングアダルト小説、大人向けの小説を書いている。
