I’m writing this because I want to warn potential shoppers about my terrible experience, especially concerning custom orders and communication. I learned the hard way that I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing. When I finally received my custom dress, it wasn't right, and contacting the store became an impossible task.

I paid over $400 just to have alterations made, and if I want a dress custom made, I should receive it as my liking because the customer is purchasing it. This entire ordeal forced me to try and engage with customer service, but when I would try calling about my dress, they would just leave me on hold for over 15 mins. The overall attitude makes their establishment look bad, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review.
